Liquidated Token ($LIQQ) was started by 2 degens who got liquidated by a liquidation event on April 13th, 2024. Instead of wallowing in our sadness, we turned it into a meme which became a token to celebrate and unite people who experience financial loss in web3.

We hope you enjoy the journey as we all ride the waves and do our best to avoid getting liqq'd.

Who is Liqq?
Liqq is the little blue, mischievous, and playful mascot of LIQQ Token. He loves licking everything hence why his tongue is always sticking out. Despite the sadness often associated with getting liquidated, he's here to have fun, make people smile, and show everyone that getting liquidated is not the end of the world.

How do I get $LIQQ?
Originally we began on Pump.fun, but have since raised enough liquidity through their bonding curve to migrate to Raydium. Currently, $LIQQ can be purchased through Raydium, Jupiter and AssetDash .

The tale of $LIQQ breaks the traditional norms of crypto currency creation.

Two regular web3 community members named Agito and Endo, after a sudden trading liquidation event decided to turn a negative experience into a positive movement and so $LIQQ token was born.

The philosophy of LIQQ encompasses being resilient in times of hardship through support and educational systems to process loss in a healthy way.

The message of LIQQ resonated with so many that the duo became a team of five including a talented Solana-based artist, a wise and knowledgeable advisor and a hard-working developer to give $LIQQ an identity that made it fun and original in the form of its mascot "Liqq" (also commonly known by the LIQQ community as Blue Blob).

$LIQQ gained momentum and was too strong for paper hands and bots. It took three days for $LIQQ to achieve King of the Hill status on pump.fun and three days later graduated from pump.fun to Raydium where it continues to grow.
